Refunds Before Course Completion

• Full refunds are available if requested before the course has been completed.
• If you have not completed the training and have not been issued a certificate, you are eligible for a full refund.

No Refunds After Course Completion

Once a course has been completed and a certificate has been issued, the product is considered used and delivered.

For this reason:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available after course completion
• This applies even if the certificate has been downloaded, viewed, or printed

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once:

• If the duplicate course has not been completed, we will issue a refund or provide a credit at our discretion

Non-Refundable Situations

• Failure to use the course before expiration (if applicable)
